ADENUSI, Rasheed Olusoga. FCCA, FCA, FCTI

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) 1986, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) 1991, and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (FCTI).

He worked in various organisations during his career including University of Lagos as Higher Executive Officer, Nigeria Technical Company as Management Accountant, Modulor Group Architects as Group Accountant and International Computers Ltd. as Chief Accountant.

Between 1982 - 1987 he was with Babajide Kappo & Company (Chartered Accountants) and rose to the position of partner in 1987, before he left to establish Adenusi & Company in May, 1988. He is currently the Chairman/CEO of the firm.

ADENUSI, Ahmed Babatunde, HND, ACA, ACCA,ACTI, ACIP
(Partner / Chief Operating Officer )

He is a graduate of the first Higher Institution in Nigeria Yaba College of Technology where he bagged his OND Accountancy and later HND Accountancy (Upper Credit) respectively. He completed the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in Nov.2001.He was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nig. in May 2002 and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation in March 2003. He is also a member of the Certified Institute of Pension of Nigeria and an Associate of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants UK.

He joined Adenusi & Co. immediately after his secondary education as an Audit Trainee in 1994 . He was admitted into the Partnership in October 2005. He can count 14 years cognate experience in the profession. He is currently a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of the firm.

OGUNYOMADE, Olasunkanmi Adewale, FCCA, ACA.
(Director, Financial Services )

Mr Ogunyomade attended Leeds Polytechnics, UK for his ACCA programme under the British Technical Assistance Scheme to Nigeria and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in December 1972.

He returned to Nigeria in March 1973 and was posted to the Internal Audit Department of Nigeria Police as an Internal Auditor. He rose to become a senior Internal Auditor before he transferred his service to Ondo State Public Service Commission in 1977 where he rose to the position of a Director.

Ogunyomade joined Adenusi and Company in June 1988 to start a career in the Public Practice and later became a Partner (Audit Department) in 1994. He is currently in the Consultancy Department as Director (Financial Services)

Oshiyemi, Fredrick Adedotun FCCA, FCA, JP.
(Director, Capacity Building )

He attended Yaba College of Technology between 1968 ā€“ 1970 where he completed stages 1 & 11 (ACCA).He proceeded to Leeds Polytechnic 1971 ā€“1972 where he also qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant ( ACCA) in December 1972. He became a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant in 1980 and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria ( FCA ) in 1992. He has worked in various Federal Ministries, Parastatals and Foreign Missions.

He retired as the Director of Finance and Accounts Federal Ministry of Agriculture to join Adenusi & Co. as the Director of the Consultancy Services in 2004. He is currently the Director of Capacity Building of the Firm.

AJAYI, Akinkunmi Oladipo, FCA, MBA, HND.
(Director Audit & Assurance Services)

Mr. Ajayi is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State. He attended Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos State where he bagged his Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit. He is became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) in November, 1999.

He joined Adenusi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in January, 2007 as Director Audit & Assurance Services. After working in major sectors of the Economic. Before he joined the firm, he was working with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited between 1997 to 2006, he was also the Upstream Procurements with Staff Procurement Services Specialists from 2003 to 2006. From 2000 to 2003 he was the Staff Accountants, Field Accounting Department, QIT, before becoming the Staff Accountants in the department, he was the Senior Accountant of the same department. He had also worked with Prime Merchant Bank Limited in Lagos as Head, Banking Operations and Systems Division (BOSD) between 1995 to 1997. He joined Coopers & Lybrand (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior in June 1989 from where he rose to the position of Assistant Manager in June 1989. He has also worked with Lagos State Ministry of Finance as Higher Executive Officer (Account) and Accountant 1 between 1988 and 1989.

ADENUSI, Adebola, B.Sc, MCSD, CISA, CISSQ, CISSM.
(Director IT Services)

An IT Consultant, Debola specializes in IT Audit, Security and Control. He graduated from University of Ibadan with a degree in Civil Engineering in January 1999 and he is a member of major International IT Audit and Security Professional Bodies. He worked with FSB International Bank as Head of e-Business Unit for four years during which major processes were automated. He is currently doubles as Director I.T. Services and the Managing Consultant of Whiz Solution Ltd and Consultant to the Firm.

OYEKOLA Abayomi Tunji B.Sc(Hons), ACA, CISA

Tunji is a 1988 Graduate of Micro Biology from Nigeria’s Premier University, University of Ibadan. He qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1997 and as a Certified Information System Auditor in 2005. He has 16 years experience in Audit, Assurance, Tax Services and Financial Advisory Services. 10 years out of his 15 years exposure was with PKF Pannell Kerr Forster (Chartered Accountants) an international accounting firm.He also had a stint with Construction Companies and an NGO before joining the Firm.

He is presently a Senior Manager with the Firm.

SHOKOYA Yinus Adekunle AAT, ACA.

Yinus qualified as an Associate Accounting Technician and as an Associate Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1993 and 2002 respectively. He also has an Advanced Diploma in Data Processing from University of Lagos. He has over 11 years experience in Audit, Assurance, Tax Services and Financial Advisory Services. 7 years out of his 12 years exposure was with Kunle Ladejobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) while the remaining 4 years was with Eyewunmi, Rone & Co (Chartered Accountants).

He also had a stint with Aramed Centre before joining the Firm. He is presently a Manager with the Firm.

SHITTU Bilikis Adebusola (Mrs.), B.SC (Accounting), ACA, ACTI.

She enrolled for her OND in Accountancy at Yaba College of Technology in 1996 and completed it in Oct. 1998 with Distinction.

While at Yaba College of Technology, she registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as a student and completed the professional examinations of the Institute in May 1999 and became an Associate Member in year 2000. She enrolled for her degree programme at the University of Benin in January 2000. She joined at 300 level and completed the programme with First Class in year 2002. She became Associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation in March 2003 .
She is presently a Manager in the Firm.

ORILADE Benjamin Sunday HND (Banking & Finance), ACIB

He worked with DEBO Industries LTD between 1991-1994 as an account clerk after his secondary school education before proceeding to Osun State College of Technology Esa-Oke for his OND (Banking & Finance) Programme from March 1995 to December 1996.
He did his one-year industrial attachment with the Office of the Accountant-General of Lagos State in 1997.

He proceeded to the same institution for his HND Programme in 1998, which he completed with upper credit in 1999. He joined ADENUSI & CO after his NYSC in November 2001. Benjamin became an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria in April 2004 while he is currently undergoing a professional training in Accountancy as a student member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria at the Final I level. He was with NIIT, Ikeja, Lagos where he obtained his Oracle 9i Database Administration in March 2005.

ADERIBIGBE, Ademuyiwa Saheed AAT, HND, ACA

Saheed qualified as an Accounting Technician with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1998. His quest for knowledge took him to Osun State College of Technology, Osun State where he graduated with HND Accountancy in 2002. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003. He has ten years experience in the industry out of which 5 years was dedicated to providing quality Audit and Capacity Building Services. Before joining the firm he had worked with the following entities: Seventh- Day Adventist Hospital – Financial Accountant Olabisi Fayombo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) – Audit Supervisor Layo Sipe & Co. (Chartered Accountants) – Audit Manager Bratim Training Nigeria – Capacity Building He is presently in the Firm’s Capacity Building Department.

OJEWALE Azeez Enitan AAT, ACA

He became an ICAN Associate Accounting Technician in 2004 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 2006. He worked with Big Choice Ventures before joining the firm in 2004.

The Legal Practitioner at the moment is the Principal Partner of Remi Abimbola & Associates Firm of Legal Consultants. He was called to Bar in 1980 and since then engaged in active Legal practice that started with the Department of Public Prosecution Lagos later joined the firm of Chief Basaturji Olowofoyeku S. A. N. the Legal Firm engages in commercial practice, international corporate practice, Arbitration and also Tax Consultants. He later moved to another Firm of Chief Morohundiya whose Legal Firm was into active litigation from High Court to Supreme Court. Presently, Legal Consultant in Adenusi & Co.
